Louis Management Group was started six years ago by Damon Louis Wade in Folsom, Pennsylvania. At first the company only managed single-family houses throughout the Delaware Valley, however, shortly after our doors opened we realized there was a large demand for multi-family management as well.

Executive Team

Sergio Altomare

A Technologist and Architect in the financial industry for 20 years, Sergio's expertise spans business and technology architecture, financial management, and general contracting. Sergio first forayed into real estate in 2004, when he learned some valuable lessons in the purchase of a duplex in Philadelphia. Sergio's attention to detail brings a rare level of meticulousness to every aspect of customer support, property management and investment analysis.

Corinn Altomare

With investment and rental property management running in the family, Corinn has been involved in real estate and law since childhood. Corinn's experience also spans technology project management, including multi-million dollar projects for the financial system. Her expertise in being able to target a property with potential and turn this vision into a great place to live is a major part of what separates LouisManagement Holdings from other firms.

Mark McGuire

Mark McGuire is a lifelong student of the school of hard knocks, taking the road less traveled. He’s unconcerned with academic accolades and Greek affiliations—what you see is what you get. While Mark excelled in academics at both the high school and collegiate levels, he discovered his preferred method of learning is immersion. Real-life mistakes can’t be taught from a textbook. Time and time again, Mark has found that rolling up his sleeves and getting in the trenches is the only way to truly understand something.

Isaac Rothermel

Isaac Rothermel is an entrepreneur at heart who has poured countless hours into understanding the intricacies of real estate finance and market analysis. He has worked as an employee, advisor, and owner of real estate asset types ranging from single-family rental portfolios to self-storage to institutional apartment and student housing properties. He has a deep passion for urban planning.

Jim McCallister

Jim has a passion for learning new concepts that help him grow as an individual. He quickly realized that real estate investing would be the best way to achieve that self-growth. Though it’s still early in his investing career, Jim has a wealth of knowledge about how private equity deals operate. He is currently invested in two real estate syndications and looks to build a portfolio of real estate properties so he can live a fruitful, exciting life with his family.

Josh Irons

Josh Irons is a seasoned digital-first marketer and agency owner who helps growing businesses take marketing off of their to-do lists. He runs a team of brilliant marketers who develop strategy and execute marketing campaigns for all business lines for LouisManagement Holdings.

Anna Fortunato

Anna’s career in real estate began at a mortgage company, where she worked as a mortgage processor for two years before being offered a junior processor job at a title company. Anna quickly advanced to senior processor, and during that time, she transferred to the Cherry Hill, NJ branch to reduce her commute time. She now has her real estate license and manages all leasing activity for LouisManagement Property Management.
